 Basic-Training EC checkweighers
The Basic EC Checkweigher training is designed with individual components. You have the option to attend on the first day only, when the subjects "basics and operation" are presented. However, as a rule, we recommend your attend the complete training program. Training is conducted in Schwäbisch Hall and Hildesheim in German and in Kaiserslautern in German and English.

Day 1, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Day 2, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Target audience:
Operators and service technicians employed at your company who operate the EC checkweigher series or have responsibility for the maintenance of the checkweigher.
Learning objectives:
Participants are taught important skills to enable the optimal set-up of the checkweigher, to fully emploit the device's capabilities, and to guarantee it's long term operation.

- Introduction to Wipotec/OCS
- Basics of weighing technology
- Statutory requirements
- Functionalities of the EC checkweigher
- Overview/introduction to individual components
- User interface and menu structure
- Program parameter functions
- Item data menu/Create, Edit, Delete items
- Statistics menu/statistical analyses
Day 2
Main focus: Service und maintenance
- Service menu/service tools
- Measuring range/optimizing measurement results
- Options and interfaces to peripherals
- Error detection and correction
- Data backup
- Replacement of components
- Maintenance and cleaning instructions
- Practical exercises
