Intelligent product singling with FPV-control

The product separator with 90° / 180° transverse take-off system (in short the HC-PS-90 / HC-PS-180) takes over the product matrix (e.g. from your thermoformer) and converts this matrix into a continous, single-track product stream. The earliest possible follow-up inspection by the HC checkweigher controls weight verifiable and conform with FPV. The HC-PS-90 / HC-PS-180 permits an extremely short path between filler / slicer and weighing unit. This means that a short control cercuit is set up which helps to reduce overfilling, save money and to document the production without gap.
