Area Sales Manager.in

In this position, you will have responsibility for the channel support of our international distributors and sales partners. You will develop all required marketing information as well as the strategic sales and marketing approach on which the material is based and then, insure a cooperative, goal oriented implementation with partners. Regular travel to the countries in your area is required to promote the technically demanding sales of our products and to drive the continuous expansion of the different markets. When appropriate, you will adjust our strategy to account for new developments and provide the impulse for innovative, new products or service features. You will also actively participate in ongoing customer projects. Together with the intensive, international travel, you will find the flexibility of our products in facilitating cross sector sales particularly attractive.

The requirements:

• Degree in business and engineering or equivalent curriculum
• Sales experience with complex capital investment products (min. 3 years)
• Logical thinking and solution oriented approach
• Open minded character and desire for success through personal effort
• Multilingual communication skills (highly proficient in spoken and written German and English, additional languages desirable)
• Creative and still accurate work methods
• Reliability and "foresight" in your actions
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Fully at ease with PC and MS Office
